ITC 2020 is Postponed to October 2021

We trust that you and yours are doing well during these challenging times brought upon us by the COVID-19 Pandemic. Our personal and professional lives have been truly impacted, leaving us with a clouded view on when we will achieve normalcy.

The IFT and the ITC committee have been busy planning this year’s edition of the ITC while at the same time being cognizant of the developing COVID-19 situation. We want to present a high quality program, but are deeply committed to provide a healthy and safe environment for all.

With this primary in mind, we are extremely disappointed to announce that the 56th Annual ITC Conference to take place in Glendale, AZ, scheduled for October 26 – 29, 2020, will be postponed until Oct 25 – 28, 2021, to be held at Bally’s in Las Vegas. Program Chair, Derrick Hinton, and Technical Chair, Tomas Chavez, will be working towards providing our attendees with the same outstanding educational and technically informative content that you have come to expect. While we may explore virtual opportunities, the key to our past successes is the strong in-person tutorials, exhibits, technical sessions and key featured speakers.

Our decision to postpone ITC 2020 was made to protect you, our attendees, as well as your families and communities, and to ensure the same high quality of the conference. Please know that we are deeply saddened by this situation. The Annual Conference is the highlight of the year, as we are sure it is for many of you.  Although this postponement is unfortunate, it also gives our organization the opportunity to be innovative and to create solutions that bring the most value to our exhibitors and attendees.

We sincerely regret this necessary postponement and apologize for any inconvenience it may cause you. Please review your airline’s COVID-19 cancellation policies for booked flights. ITC has already worked through the details with the host hotel.  Many of you have already received e-mail communication from the Renaissance Hotel with cancellation and refund information. Exhibitor booth payments can either be refunded or applied to next years’ booth rental.  Our exhibits chairman, Doug O’Cull will be reaching out to our exhibitors in the following weeks to make arrangements.
