ITC is honored to have Dr. Crumpton-Young as our Conference Luncheon speaker this year. Dr. Crumpton-Young graduated from Texas A&M University where she was the first African American female to receive a Ph.D. in engineering. She now serves as the 13th President of Texas Southern University. BIO

Come listen as she presents “Higher Education: A Catalyst for Societal Change.” Historically, there have been instances where students, faculty, staff, alumni and administrators in Higher Education have been  instrumental in initiating change. This discussion will explore why it is imperative that members of Higher Education step forward once again to lead societal change.
