ITC 2025 takes place on October 20–23, 2025 at Horseshoe Hotel in Las Vegas, NV. Short Courses begin Monday 10/20 and an all-hands Welcome Reception kicks off the conference that evening. We suggest arriving Sunday if your plans include attending a short course. For the convenience of those arriving Sunday, ITC registration open Sunday afternoon.

Registration opens in June and you can register online. Conference registration types and associated fees can be found at https://telemetry.org/registration. Short course registration fees for Monday and Thursday are a separate fee. The Conference Planner will be available for download in June and will contain information on deadlines, rates, as well as other registration information.

Details will be posted on our website as they are confirmed. A full conference schedule, including conference sessions, will be available on our website and in the mobile app in late September.
What should I wear?
For your comfort, business casual is appropriate. We suggest you dress in layers as the temperature in the meeting rooms can vary considerably. Comfortable shoes are strongly suggested.
What meals will be served at the conference?
Continental breakfast is provided Tuesday morning during the Opening Ceremony and then light refreshments on Tuesday & Wednesday in the exhibit halls. All attendees are welcome to attend the conference luncheon for a fee.
When is exhibitor setup?
Setup is Sunday & Monday 8am – 6pm.
I am an exhibitor but I did not receive my discount code for my free registrations. How can I get that information?
ITC provides exhibitors 2 free registrations per 10×10. Please contact Doug O’Cull at [email protected] if you did not receive a discount code.
When will the exhibit hall be open?
The exhibit hall will be open starting Tuesday at 10:30am and will close Thursday at noon. Please visit the ITC Plan Your Event page for more information.
How can I reserve exhibitor space in the exhibit hall?
The cost for a 10×10 booth is $4,800 (does not include power). Booth registration will be available starting April 1st. Please visit the ITC Exhibitors page for instructions on how to reserve exhibit space.

The participant list is sent to exhibitors at the end of the conference. Certain level of sponsors will receive the pre-registration list approximately 30 days prior to the show.

Yes, we have different registration categories such as author, short course instructor, etc. When you register please select the appropriate category.
Is there funding available to help with travel/registration costs?
ITC is unable to assist with travel or registration costs. However, we do have reduced rates for active duty military and students.
Will I receive a certificate of attendance?
Only Short Course attendees will receive a certificate at the end of their class on Monday and/or Thursday.
What is the cancellation policy for the conference?
Registration fees are refundable up until the October 17th.
