ITC 2024 will be hosted at Renaissance Glendale Hotel & Spa Glendale, AZ.  All events, including short courses, technical sessions, and exhibits, will occur in or in close proximity to the Convention Center area of the hotel property. The hotel is located at 9495 W. Coyotes Blvd., Glendale, AZ 85305

IMPORTANT INFORMATION:

A MINIMUM 4-NIGHT STAY (SUNDAY – THURSDAY) IS REQUIRED. YOUR CREDIT CARD WILL BE CHARGED FOR THE ENTIRE AMOUNT WHEN YOU BOOK YOUR RESERVATION. NO CANCELLATIONS OR EARLY CHECKOUTS WILL BE ALLOWED. HOWEVER, NAME SUBSTITUTIONS WILL BE PERMITTED.

Check-In/Check-Out: Check-In time is 4:00pm and Check-Out time is 11:00am.  Please contact the hotel directly for more details.

Parking: The fee for parking is $20 valet or overnight self parking and $10 daily. Parking in the west parking lot is complementary and is first come first serve.

If you are unable to stay the required 4 nights, we suggest you book another hotel as soon as possible.  The below hotels are a few suggestions but there are many others in the area.  Since the Renaissance location is in prime proximity to the football stadium, ITC strongly suggests you book your hotel before the 2024 Football schedule releases, current estimate is May 2024. Booking your rooms prior to 5/1/2024 assures you a room for the conference at a good rate.
