We can accommodate many CUI control procedures as requested by the author to accept CUI papers. We also have access to a gov’t secure repository if acceptable that attendees can access after the conference to see the papers/slides. Potential CUI authors should contact the General Chair for details.

Call for Papers
We invite authors to submit original research papers, case studies, and novel implementations that contribute to advancing telemetry through innovation and integration. Awards will be given for Best Conference Paper, Student Papers, the Rauch Award for Standards, and the Nichols Award for Telemetry Spectrum. For award criteria please see Awards Page.

Abstracts
Abstracts should be no more than 1,000 characters and should not include any graphics. Abstract submission instructions are given below. While CUI is accepted, it is mandatory that abstracts be publicly releasable.
Authors Agreement
The Authors’ Agreement (a copyright form) must be submitted with the Final Submission before the paper can be published in the ITC Proceedings. Please complete and sign the Authors’ Agreement via DocuSign. For those authoring multiple papers, a separate Authors’ Agreement must be submitted for each paper.

Technical Program
Accepted papers will be presented in technical sessions, starting the afternoon of Tuesday, October 27, 2026 and ending the morning of Thursday, October 29, 2026. Each paper is allocated a total of 20 minutes. The 20 minutes includes presentation and questions/answers. Authors of accepted papers are asked to submit their paper presentations (MS Powerpoint or PDF) to the ITC staff when picking up their badge in the ITC registration area.
