Know Before You Go

1. General Information

• Address: Renaissance Phoenix Glendale Hotel & Conference Center is located at 9495 W. Coyotes Blvd., Glendale, AZ 85305
• Time Zone: Glendale, Arizona is in the Mountain Standard Time (MST) zone year-round.
• Parking: $15 valet or overnight self-parking and $10 daily. Parking in the west parking lot is complementary and is first come first serve. Be sure to bring a copy of your registration to show the parking attendant.

2. Registration & Badge Pickup

• Check-In Location & Hours: The registration desk is located in the Solana Foyer and will be open 8:00am – 5:00pm most days. See conference planner pdf for complete schedule.  
• Badge Policy: Official ITC badges must be worn at all times for admission to technical sessions, exhibit hall access, short courses, and official networking events.

3. Arizona Climate & Dress Code

• Dress Code: Business casual or uniform of the day is recommended for all session presentations and exhibit hall hours.
• Layer Up for Indoor Comfort: While Glendale weather will be warm and sunny, air-conditioned session rooms and meeting spaces can feel cool. Bringing a light jacket, sweater, or blazer is strongly advised.

4. Technology & Connectivity

• Official Conference App: Download the ITC event app prior to arrival to build your personalized schedule, view session updates, explore the exhibitor map, and connect with peers. Only registered attendees will be able to access the app starting September 15^th.
• Wi-Fi Access: Hotel guests receive complimentary Wi-Fi in their room. Wi-Fi is not provided in the conference area.

5. Short Courses & Technical Sessions

• Course Materials: If you are registered for Monday or Thursday short courses, ensure you download presentation slides or course files beforehand. You will receive an email a week before the conference with the link to pull down the course materials. 

6. Dining & Networking Events

• Onsite Refreshments & Coffee: Complimentary coffee, hot tea, and water will be available inside the exhibit hall during scheduled breaks. Light snacks will also be provided during plenary sessions.
• Monday Receptions: Join us for the evening networking reception hosted in Solana A-D. Check your schedule for exact start times to connect with exhibitors, speakers, and colleagues.
• Local Glendale Dining: The Westgate Entertainment District, located adjacent to the venue area, features a wide variety of sit-down restaurants, fast-casual options, and evening venues.

7. Transportation 

• Primary Airport: Phoenix Sky Harbor International Airport (PHX) is the primary gateway, located about 20 miles (25–35 minutes) southeast of the venue.
• Rideshare & Taxis: Uber and Lyft operate dedicated pickup zones outside Terminals 3 and 4. Fares typically average $45–$60 depending on time of day and surge pricing.
• Rental Car Center: If renting a car, remind attendees to take the PHX Sky Train from the terminals directly to the consolidated Rental Car Center.
