When will the conference take place? Where is it located?
ITC 2020 takes place on October 26-29, 2020 at Renaissance Phoenix Glendale Hotel & Spa, Glendale, AZ. Short Courses begin Monday 10/26 and an all-hands ‘Ice Breaker’ kicks off the conference that evening. We suggest arriving Sunday if your plans include attending a short course. For the convenience of those arriving Sunday, ITC 2020 registration open Sunday evening.

Who Should Attend ITC?
If you are involved with any kind of aerospace, vehicular, biomedical, meteorological, or industrial telemetry applications, then you belong at ITC 2020. This premier forum brings together customers, suppliers, academics, and the engineering community to discuss how technology is revolutionizing the field.

How can I register? What are the registration rates?
Registration opens in June and you can register online at www.telemetry.org Regular registration is $200. This will gain you access to the technical sessions, exhibit hall, welcome reception and Opening Session held Tuesday-Thursday. Short course registration fees are $500 for a full day course on Monday and $375 for a half day course on Thursday afternoon. Special rates for active duty and students are available (must present valid ID when picking up your badge). The Conference Planner will be available for download in June and will contain information on deadlines, rates, as well as other registration information.

How can I reserve a hotel room, and what are the rates?
Please visit the ITC Venue Page for information. Rooms fill-up fast so register today!

Is the conference schedule available?
Details will be posted on our website as they are confirmed. A full conference schedule, including conference sessions, will be available on our website and in the mobile app in late September.

What should I wear?
For your comfort, business casual is appropriate. We suggest you dress in layers as the temperature in the meeting rooms can vary considerably. Comfortable shoes are strongly suggested.

What meals will be served at the conference?
Continental breakfast is provided Tuesday morning during the Opening Ceremony and then light refreshment on Tuesday & Wednesday in the exhibit halls. All attendees are welcome to attend the conference luncheon for a fee.

When is exhibitor setup?
Setup is Sunday & Monday 8am – 6pm.

I am an exhibitor but I did not receive my discount code for my free registrations. How can I get that information?
ITC provides exhibitors 2 free registrations per 10×10. Please contact Doug O’Cull at doug.ocull@semco.com if you did not receive a discount code.

When will the exhibit hall be open?
The exhibit hall will be open starting Tuesday at 10:30am and will close Thursday at noon. Please visit the ITC Planning Guide page for more information.

Where can I find a list of exhibiting companies?

How can I reserve exhibitor space in the exhibit hall?
The cost for a 10×10 booth is $3,700. Booth registration will be available starting February 3rd. The booth cost includes 115 VAC @ 20 Amps of power to each 10×10 space. Please visit the ITC Exhibitors page for instructions on how to reserve exhibit space.

How can my organization become a conference sponsor?
Sponsorship opportunities are limited, so act today. To become a sponsor and for more information, please email our sponsorship coordinator, Tim at itc2020.sponsorship.program@gmail.com

Can I advertise in the conference program?
Yes, advertisements in the program are a sponsorship item and available to all active exhibitors. Please contact itc2020.sponsorship.program@gmail.com to make arrangements.

How can I receive a list of participants or attendees?
The participant list is sent to exhibitors at the end of the conference. Certain level of sponsors will receive the pre-registration list approximately 30 days prior to the show.

What services are available for special needs and requests?
ITC encourages persons with disabilities to participate in their programs and activities. If you would like to request a reasonable accommodation in order to participate in any of the ITC events or have questions, please contact, Lena Moran, at 951-219-4817 or via email at Lnpena3@gmail.com

I’m a presenter do I still need to register?
Yes, we have different registration categories such as author, short course instructor, etc. When you register please select the appropriate category.

Is there funding available to help with travel/registration costs?
ITC is unable to assist with travel or registration costs. However, we do have reduced rates for active duty military and students.

Will I receive a certificate of attendance?
Only Short Course attendees will receive a certificate at the end of their class on Monday and/or Thursday.

What is the cancellation policy for the conference?
Registration fees are refundable up until October 23, 2020.

I am an overseas participant and need a letter of invitation before I can receive my visa. What is the procedure?
ITC will provide letters of invitation upon request. Please email requests to Lnpena3@gmail.com
