Abstracts should be no more than 1,000 characters and should not include any graphics. Abstract submission instructions are given below.

Authors’ Agreement
The Authors’ Agreement (a copyright form) must be submitted with the Final Submission before the paper can be published in the ITC Proceedings. Please submit the completed and signed Authors’ Agreement using the Paper Portal as “Supplemental Material.” For those authoring multiple papers, a separate Authors’ Agreement must be submitted for each paper.

Paper Awards
All papers submitted as regular papers are considered for the following awards:
- Best Conference Paper Award (Winner(s) Cumulative Total of $2000)
- Lawrence Rauch Award for Standards
- Myron Nichols Award for Telemetry Spectrum Management, Preservation, Protection or Advocacy
Clifford Aggen Student Paper Awards
Papers submitted in the undergraduate student or graduate student categories will be considered for awards in the student paper contest. There are separate categories for graduate and undergraduate students. In each category, winners receive cash awards of $1,500 per paper for first place and $750 per paper for second place. Winners receive free hotel nights at the host hotel and a reimbursement of travel expenses from within the continental USA to ITC 2023 to present their paper. Technical Program
Accepted papers will be presented in technical sessions, starting the afternoon of Tuesday 24 October 2023 and ending the morning of Thursday 26 October 2023. Each paper is allocated a total of 20 minutes. The 20 minutes includes presentation and questions/answers. Authors of accepted papers are asked to sumbit their paper presentations (MS Powerpoint or PDF) to the ITC staff when picking up their badge in the ITC registration area. The Technical program will be posted here in the future.
