Abstracts should be no more than 1,000 characters and should not include any graphics. Abstract submission instructions are given below.

Authors’ Agreement
The Authors’ Agreement (a copyright form) must be submitted with the Final Submission before the paper can be published in the ITC Proceedings. Please submit the completed and signed Authors’ Agreement using the Paper Portal as “Supplemental Material.” For those authoring multiple papers, a separate Authors’ Agreement must be submitted for each paper.

Paper Awards
All papers submitted as regular papers are considered for the following awards:
- Best Conference Paper Award
- Lawrence Rauch Award for Standards
- Myron Nichols Award for Telemetry Spectrum Management, Preservation, Protection or Advocacy
Student Papers
Papers sumbitted in the undergraduate student or graducate student catergories will be considered for awards in the student paper contest. There are separate categories for graduate and undergraduate students. In each category, winners receive cash awards of $1,000 per paper for first place and $500 per paper for second place. First place winners receive a reimbursement of travel expenses from within the continental USA to ITC 2021 to present their paper.
Technical Program
Accepted papers will be presented in technical sessions, starting the afternoon of Tuesday 26 October 2021 and ending the morning of Thursday 28 October 2021. Each paper is allocated a total of 20 minutes. The 20 minutes includes presentation and questions/answers. Authors of accepted papers are asked to sumbit their paper presentations (MS Powerpoint or PDF) to the ITC staff when picking up their badge in the ITC registration area. The Technical program will be posted here in the future.
