James Castle is a visionary leader and the CEO & Founder of Terranova Aerospace and Defense Group, a Canadian-based conglomerate operating across 21 NATO-friendly countries. Established in 2014, Terranova Defense is endorsed by the U.S. Department of Commerce and works directly with the U.S. Department of Defense. With NATO Secret Security Clearance and a market valuation of USD $161 million, Terranova is a global force in quantum security, AI, cybersecurity, aerospace, engineering and digital defense.

Terranova integrates cutting-edge technologies in quantum AI, blockchain, cyber intelligence, and digital currencies to support corporations and SMBs worldwide. Its divisions include:

As Chairperson & Founder of Cyber Security Global Alliance (CSGA), Castle oversees one of the world’s largest digital and remote cybersecurity defense hubs. Operating under Terranova Defense NFP, CSGA is recognized by LinkedIn Corporate and the U.S. Government as a fast-growing nonprofit. CSGA drives global cybersecurity education, mentorship, and quantum defense initiatives.

Castle serves as Cybersecurity Advisory Chief on the Board of Directors at the Borough of Manhattan Community College’s Center for Continuing Education and Workplace Development (BMCC-CUNY). On September 11, 2025, BMCC and CSGA launched the fully online, mentored Immediate Immersion and Cyber Defense White Hat Program, available at bmcc-cyberprogram.com.

As CEO of Terranova Tech Global (TTG), Castle leads deep tech innovation, including the development of the Quantum Security AI3 Threat Protection Software, currently undergoing validation testing with U.S. institutions.

Castle also heads Terranova Investment Group, the strategic capital arm of Terranova Aerospace and Defense Group. Focused on minority Class A share acquisitions, the group supports emerging technologies, defense, cybersecurity, and sustainable infrastructure. Key initiatives include Quantranet and the BMCC Cybersecurity Pilot Program. Castle is a Corporate Member and Investor with VNTR’s Toronto Chapter.

For over a decade, Castle has served as Canadian Ambassador to the EU Commission for Drone Think Do, a global think tank based in Belgium representing over 30,000 tech and defense companies from 64 countries. The organization specializes in smart cities, EVs, green tech, and sustainable energy solutions.

Castle has been publicly recognized as a Global Gamechanger in Cybersecurity and Defense. Terranova Defense was named one of Canada’s Top 100 Defense Companies, and Castle was featured on the November 2024 cover of Top Cyber News Magazine in Quantum Security.
