CUI Session Attendance

Important Requirements

If you would like to attend any Controlled Unclassified Information (CUI) sessions you must also register on the TRMC website. This includes anyone who holds an active clearance or has a CAC/PIV card.
If you don’t have a TRMC account, you can request one at TRMC Website (osd.mil).
If you don’t have a CAC, you will need to request a CAC exception account, which requires a government sponsor.  Sponsors must be government employees and cannot be contractors.  The sponsor must confirm that you:
  1. Are a US Citizen and/or has an active DoD Security Clearance
  2. Have a need-to-know in order to access the TRMC website content
  3. You do not currently have a DoD CAC.
To sign up for TRMC Account:
  1. Enter First & Last name. Username is firstname.lastname.
  2. Provide your email.
  3. Enter your business phone number (this can be your cell phone).
  4. Input your business mailing address
  5. Specify your company name and project supported.
  6. If you have a CAC, select CAC authentication. Otherwise, choose CAC exception and use the provide govt sponsor email. Reminder: Do not put your email. Put the govt sponsor email (Can’t be contractor). This sponsor will need to confirm Citizenship, need to know and that you do not have a CAC.
  7. State that the reason for the account request is to attend the CUI sessions at ITC 2026.
  8. Enter your supervisor’s name, email and phone number. Complete the security challenge and submit.
Once you receive an email notification that your account is approved proceed to register for the CUI sessions at ITC2026 – CUI – TRMC Website.
Registrations on both the ITC and TRMC sites will be accepted until Friday, October 23rd.
Note: IDs will be verified at the session against the cleared list. Failure to register on the TRMC site by the deadline will result in denied entry.
