Farhad Daghigh is the Vice President of Sales and Business Development for Flight Test Instrumentation (FTI) at Curtiss-Wright Defense Solutions, leading global growth initiatives for aerospace and defense instrumentation solutions. With over 35 years of experience in flight test instrumentation and avionics, he oversees business strategy, sales, and market expansion for cutting-edge solutions used in commercial and military aircraft, space programs, and next-generation defense platforms.

Farhad began his career designing microelectronic circuits for the Space Shuttle and 5th-generation fighter programs before transitioning into program and project management roles. His technical expertise and passion for customer engagement led him to business development and sales leadership in 1992. Over the years, he has held key positions at L3Harris, Orbital Sciences (now part of Northrop Grumman), and Smiths Aerospace (now GE Aviation), where he played a pivotal role in major defense and aerospace programs. While at Smiths Aerospace, he was part of the team that received the prestigious Queen’s Award for Enterprise in 2006.

In 2011, Farhad joined Teletronics Technology Corporation (TTC) as Vice President of Business Development, playing a key role in expanding the company’s leadership in data acquisition, recording, and telemetry systems. Following TTC’s acquisition by Curtiss-Wright, he has continued leading growth strategies, ensuring Curtiss-Wright remains a premier provider of instrumentation solutions for flight test and aerospace applications.

Farhad holds a Bachelor of Science in Electrical Engineering from The College of New Jersey and has completed leadership programs at the University of North Carolina’s Kenan-Flagler Business School. His deep understanding of avionics, data acquisition, and defense technology solutions makes him a trusted leader in the aerospace and defense industry.
