Charles L. Buchheit is presented the Pioneer Award by J. William Rymer, International Foundation for Telemetering Board President. Chuck received the award in recognition of his contributions to Telemetry, the ITC Digital Proceedings, ITC automation, and maintaining stability in the IFT.
