The International Telemetering Conference (ITC) is offering a limited number of registration fee waivers to support government employees/government contractors who are unable to attend due to official travel restrictions.

Conference Registration Types

Regular

Provides access to all exhibit areas, technical sessions and keynote speakers.

Full-Day Short Course

Fee to attend one short course of your choice.

Half-Day Short Course

Fee to attend one short course of your choice.

Active-Duty Military

For individuals on active military duty. Provides access to all exhibit areas, technical sessions and keynote speakers.

Full-Time Student

For full-time students. Provides access to all exhibit areas, technical sessions and keynote speakers.

Author/ Session Chair

For those individuals whose technical paper has been published in ITC 2025 Technical Proceedings and/or individuals who will be chairing a technical session. Includes access to all exhibit areas/technical sessions and keynote speakers. Limit 2 free registrations per presentation.

Thursday Only Registration

Provides access to all exhibit areas, technical sessions, and keynote speakers.

Exhibitor Booth Staff

For those individuals working at their company’s booth. Provides access to all exhibit areas, technical sessions, and keynote speakers. Also provides early access into the exhibit halls.
** 2 free registrations per 10×10. Price is for additional registrations.

NOTES:

  • Online registration closes October 19th. If you don’t register by then you can register onsite on October 20th.
  • Contact registration@telemetry.org for substitutions or cancellations.
  • Space for short courses is limited.  Acceptance is on a first-come, first-payment basis.  Online registration is highly recommended.
  • ITC’25 Exhibitors – Please register your show personnel, guests, and sales representatives online!
  • Student and Active-Duty Registration – When picking up your badge you will be required to show current ID. If you do not have your student ID or Military ID you will be charged the full price
  • A Spouse/Guest Program will be available at ITC this year. It is designed to provide interactive activities for Guests and Spouses of conference attendees. Spouse/Guest Registration will be available onsite and is only available to individuals not employed in the telemetry industry or staffing an exhibit booth. Spouse/Guest attendees must accompany an individual with full registration for the conference.
