ITC will contain some Limited Distribution presentations which limit access to only those who are employees of the U.S. Federal Government or its contractors (C), or employees of the Department of Defense or its contractors (D). If you do not meet this requirement, you may be unable to attend every session. DoD common access cards (CAC) or Personal Identity Verification (PIV) will be checked before entering those sessions. If you DO NOT have a CAC/PIV you will need to submit via DISS by 17 Oct 2023. Please ONLY submit via DISS if you DO NOT have a CAC/PIV.

Eligibility and access for all DoD government and contractor attendees will be verified via the Defense Information System for Security (DISS), in accordance to AFI 31-101 and the NISPOM. Please send a visit notification to DISS with the following information:

  • First day of visit: 23 oct 2023

Visit Request Required Information
Visit requests for attendees not having access to DISS must be typed and on your company letterhead and must contain all applicable information below. The visit request must be signed by your security office/manager to verify your employment and clearance status. Without this signature, the visit request is invalid and will not be processed. All visit requests must be faxed to 575-678-3381. Visitors can not hand carry their own visit request.

  • Full name of attendee
  • Letterhead must contain company name, address, and phone number
  • Social security number
  • Date of birth, place of birth, and citizenship
  • Clearance level and Issuing Agency
  • Purpose of visit: To attend the 2023 International Telemetering Conference
  • Date of visit: 23-26 Oct 2023
  • Name, phone number and signature of your security manager

LIVE DEMO AT ITC THIS YEAR

Come experience a captivating Live Demonstration of telemetry system essentials. This Demo is designed to introduce the basic components of a telemetry system to those new to the field. The demo features a live demonstration of an airborne instrumentation package (sensors, signal conditioning, multiplexing), an RF section (modulator, demodulator), ground transport (TTL data and clock, T/M over IP), and real-time display. Subject matter experts are available to explain each component and answer questions.

The LIVE DEMO will be open to any conference attendees between 3:00 – 4:00PM on both Tuesday and Wednesday afternoons, and will be located in Palace Rooms 3. Experts will be on hand to answer questions and demonstrate the equipment and concepts. Soon, we will have a Brochure completed with more details to provide to the Attendees.

Receive CEU’s when you attend a short course

This year the ITC is pleased to announce we will provide “CEUs” for each Short Course attendee. Continuing Education Units (or CEUs), are awarded by many education and training providers to signify successful completion of non-credit programs and courses intended to improve the knowledge and skills of working adults. This CEUs are awarded by Morgan State University.
